Google Camera Update Resurrects Ability To Take Pictures While Recording Video

Google recently launched a redesigned camera app for Android devices, and while it had a nice new look, it also lacked some of the features that were there on stock Android’s original camera app. One of those was the ability to take pictures while recording a video, but that is now making a return with the app’s first update that is now available on the Play Store. For some reason, taking a picture while recording a video doesn’t seem to work on my HTC One M8, but does do its job on the Nexus 7 (2013)....

Google Says Chrome Will Switch From Webkit To Blink In Roughly 10 Weeks

When Google announced that they’re going to fork WebKit and start writing their own rendering engine called Blink, one of the biggest unknowns was when the new code would land in release software. Hackers Are Testing A Destructive New Way To Make Ransomware Attacks More Effective

Ransomware is one of the biggest cybersecurity issues facing the world today, and while many victims refuse to give in to the extortion, many feel they have no choice but to pay up for a decryption key. Also: The scary future of the internet: How the tech of tomorrow will pose even bigger cybersecurity threats This would be dangerous for ransomware victims because while it’s often possible to retrieve encrypted files without paying a ransom, the threat of servers being completely corrupted if extortion demands aren’t met could push more victims towards giving in....

Hands On With Pfizer Booster 4 0 My Review Of Anti Malware For Carbon Based Systems

Some host system operators have been reluctant to deploy the new patches, citing dubious and unsupportable claims of insufficient beta testing, an accelerated development cycle, and potential unknown system-wide effects. Regardless, the first three versions of the Pfizer Booster have been remarkably effective in keeping hundreds of millions of potentially affected systems from undergoing emergency intervention or worse – decommissioning. We recently had the opportunity to put Pfizer’s latest software patch, version 4, to the test, after interfacing with a pair of patched but infected systems at a local hibachi restaurant a week ago last Sunday....
